For over a decade, 030 has been my personal home on the internet. Representing the day of the year on which my birthday occurs, it has undergone numerous changes as my interests and web design knowledge have evolved. For many years it has been a place to showcase my professional work and play with ideas that may not fit into traditional websites.

Each version is built with the intention of being easily updatable under the presumption that it will be online for quite some time. However, I quickly get tired of designs and the longer they are online, the more I see areas that need improvement. This version was no different and what I thought would be my portfolio for a while, after a year, became an entirely new domain. This site was built with my new found love of jQuery. I didn’t understand it all but made it work well enough. Usability problems were the primary reason for creating a new site.
